ABOUT US

At Lodi Canning, we know that creamed corn is more than just a delicious side dish. Creamed corn is the jewel of American homestyle meals. It’s a sweet, versatile staple that conjures memories of life on the farm and conversation around the dinner table. Established in 1917, Lodi Canning is a third-generation family-run cannery that has perfected the craft of growing, harvesting, and canning flavorful cream-style corn. By honing in on a niche, Lodi Canning has remained the most reliable cannery for creamed corn, supplying over half the nation’s demand.

Lodi Canning has maintained its core values for over 100 years, but it has also implemented growth and expansion. With humble beginnings in Lodi’s small beloved town, Lodi Canning now operates out of state-of-the-art facilities and is the exclusive supplier to several wholesale food distributors that ship nationwide.

MISSION & VISION

Our mission is to can quality vegetables at the peak of ripeness, sealing in the flavor that people across the country love and enjoy. We combine our well-earned core values with innovations in canning and distribution to ensure that homes, schools, and restaurants all enjoy the farm-fresh flavors of our beloved creamed corn and peas.

WHY CHOOSE US?

Farm to Table

At Lodi Canning, we understand the importance of farm-to-table and growing food sustainably. After a century of experience, we know the best seeds when we see them. Starting with high-quality seeds creates the most tender, delicious vegetables. We pick those vegetables at the peak of their ripeness and process them immediately to avoid losing any freshness or flavor. Once harvested, they are brought to be husked, cut, and canned all within three hours.

With our distribution methods, we understand precisely how to have fresh creamed corn (and more) on your plates in no time.

Quality Guaranteed

We are proud to offer only the best quality products handpicked by our experienced foodservice industry buyers.
